hi, I read your advice, it's very helpful; how can we check on a PTC company ? just google the name?, if we don't don't know the owner; also are there no regulations to protect consumers online from getting ripped off? , it seems there are few rules and some of these scammers are committing Fraud in my opinion which is a crime. some of them say they paid out millions of dollars to people, and list names and amounts in the hundreds of persons. I really am not interested in getting paid a 1/2 cent for a click , that takes forever- 200 clicks to make 1 dollar, there has to be a better way. thx.
